When you're doing a layout, keep in mind space requirements for games, seating, food service area & anything else you might have.  Also, remember that everything will need to be placed on a flat surface and the space will need to be easily accessible from the street.  Doors need to be wide enough for large deliveries.  If you only have a single door into a building, we need to measure to make sure everything you want will fit through the door.

Food - You need to decide how much you want to do.  Do you need a caterer?  We can help if you need one.  If you're planning to do the food yourself, keep it simple.  Try to prepare as much as you can ahead of time. What good is a party if you're too busy to enjoy it?

These are just a few of the things you'll need to think about.   Then there are invitations, music and all the little things that tend to intrude into your plans.  But...if you've started with a firm plan, everything should be fine.  The problems we see the most are usually power issues, or accessibility issues.

Post Prom's, Lock-in's, Grad Nights are all special types of events that require a little more planning to coordinate delivery and pick-ups.  Since so many of these type of events tend to be held at the same time, it's important that we all communicate so that one event doesn't hold up the next one.  But these events tend to be themed - and they're SO MUCH FUN!  We'll always work with you to make things go as smoothly as possible.
